Possible fake exchange which "gave" me 0.72BTC in a giveaway. I can't find any information about this site or this address. When attempting to withdraw, i must first deposit 0.02BTC to 'verify'.

Some scammer decided to lie with these "free giveaways" red flag is you will be hella rich if you get it but it's from a stranger if you get one at discord look for the scammer account and look for the mutual servers and check that server that you and the scammer shares (most likely one) and report it to the server you might have got it from or it's already alerted.
