Both these addresses are being used for the same scam. Noticed BTC giveaway on youtube via Chamath Palihapitiya's company. Was told Chamath Palihapitiya's company was givingaway BTC if you gave a small amount above 0.1 BTC you would get your investment back plus a small BTC gift. This was also run on chambtc.com and chambtc.us.
