Basically ignore mail & 15 contacts will be given video or pay $1239 donation within 24 hours and video will be destroyed and he will never contact again. He is a ghost and can’t be contacted.

Just another poorly executed scam however this one has a new twist, the bitcoin address is encoded into a QR code. In order to even pay them you first have to figure out how to scan the QR. You really shouldn't make it so difficult for your "customers" to pay you.
