This is another version of the messages depending on your e-mail client to "helpfully" pre-fetch any http https link for your viewing. Fetching the link will cause your receipt of the e-mail to be verified.

It's worth noting that they don't REALLY have the last few digits of your phone number - in my case what the sent was "0000" - That's because I never enter my phone number into ANY website, but the false 01000000000 - Also, they're NOT spoofing your own email address! - They just enter it into the 'from field' - view all headers so see where they're sending from!
