Blackmail scam

i guess its a phishing type but idk the way it was hacked. a good friend of mine has a wallet on blockchain.com and there they stolen the bitcoins. 669,25€ and they send it on this wallet i mentioned above. please if you can do anything about that do it! its a scammer! thank you!
