The typical, "I have your information and passwords, got into your computer, copied all your contacts, and watched you wanking to porno, and recorded YOU, and I'll send the porno and video of you wanking to all of your contacts if you don't pay me!" scam. This one is interesting as the criminal sends the BTC address in an encrypted PDF file and includes the passcode in plaintext.
