Scam from a not very clever twat. Reported to the Police Cyber Crime Unit along with the original message header. Please note that this twat and others have not infected your computer, they do not have videos of you, so do not pay them anything. They have bought your e-mail address as part of a list obtained from a website that was hacked years ago where you had used your e-mail address to register on the website.
