The passwords are genuine & were obtained from the 2015 breach of 000webhost.com where 13 million emails/passwords were hacked. I know this because I use Keepass password manager. I never use the same password twice & the password quoted in the email to me is one I used to sign up for 000webhost.com 4 yrs ago. You can verify this at haveibeenpwned.com. Change any identical passwords & ignore the email. A search of BTC address shows that nobody has paid the "ransom", however, there is a second address (13i31QoZKzo4DkB7ewHvFuHN5hDnztfRUe) pulling the same scam which has received roughly $2,600(USD), so some people are falling for it. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMERS ANYTHING. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, THEY DO NOT AND HAVE NEVER HAD ACCESS TO YOUR PC. Excuse the caps. To confirm, the sender has never accessed your pc, your details or viewed your webcam, They have simply downloaded the list of 13 million 000webhost.com customers data uploaded in 2015.
