A youtubers account got hacked and now its livestreaming a "free giveaway by the CEO of Binance". In the description it says that when you send x amount of bitcoins to this address the "CEO" will send back 10x that amount.

A hacked youtube channel is diffusing a live scream saying that they're hosting a giveaway. The channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTXe61yRpk81cIs1clU5EWA And to enter it you have to first send some bitcoins. Of course, they won't send you anything. Making it a scam.
