Blackmail scam

Porn related blackmail sent to my email address and spoofed to look like it was sent from my email account. The message quotes a password that is one I used on a website that I haven't accessed for a couple of years. The blackmailer threatens to send screenshots and photos to all my contacts and block my computer on which he has installed malware.
