We are receiving several emails from this address. They are spoofing the email address of the recipient so it appears the user is sending it to themselves but the message header indicates it came from this address. EMail says the recipient has been hacked and they have been viewed watching porn. If they do not submit some ransom in bitcoin, the video will be sent to all of their contacts.
