This must be an automated system, I am receiving multiple messages a day all from different email addresses but using the same bitcoin account. Of course I have received the same message with the same wording only different amounts and different bitcoin addresses for months now. And it seems funny that the amounts are going down and I am still waiting to see the compromising photos they say they have. I am genuinely curious.
