Hi, I know one of your passwords is: xxxxxxxxx Your computer was infected with my private malware, your browser wasn't updated / patched, in such case it's enough to just visit some website where my iframe is placed to get automatically infected, if you want to find out more - Google: "Drive-by exploit". [...] I can publish the videos of you and all your private data on the whole web, including the darknet, where the very sick people are, social networks, over email of all contacts. But you can stop me and only I can help you out in this situation. Transfer exactly 800$ in bitcoin (BTC). [Etc...]

I was on a school computer and clicked "show" on a password that google auto-filled. Later that day scammer emailed me that password with the scam. Email claimed that they hacked all my accounts despite it being a password to only one account and hadn't changed anything with my account. Email also claimed that they recorded footage over webcam but it was a school computer without a webcam and none of my machines have a webcam. This scam might work on some people but this is pretty stupid. This scammer is an idiot.
