10x Scam
Abuser: http://socialcapital.wiki/
Scammers impersonated a Medium page of Chamath Palihapitiya and the promotion was to 10x either BTC or ETH: http://socialcapital.wiki/ They also hacked into real people's Twitter accounts to promote the scam too as I learned from one of the people who was hacked after DM'ing a bunch of account (most look like bots or fake accounts).
