I received an email stating they hacked into my devices and threatened in sending "a video" to all my contacts and social media accounts. Definitely freaked me out because I have a camera on my laptop but have not been on any porn websites. Lucky that I searched the email from where it was sent from and found this website because I can imagine many people also freaked out and actually sent money. Is there any way this can be reported to catch the person?

I received his email on Sunday 1/12. Again it's the same one that all of you have gotten. It claims that they will release videos after 46 hours.... (whelp its been long past that so there you go) At first I was a little star struck but once I saw this and the amount of reports it had i was assured that this was fake. When I saw this the donation numbers were 0. Somehow now 4 people have paid this person $500 each. Its a shame because this only proves that this tactic will continue to be used even though almost 200 people didn't fall for this 4 did. Just be smarter and don't let people extort you for any price. Especially one of you watching porn because I hope this doesn't surprise you but a lot of other people watch porn. So this only means you are a normal person.
