I was scammed 14 days ago myself on a different giveaway thinking it was Crypto exchange Gemini running a competition. The suspect appears to have the same theme on the fake giveaway websites so I could tell if was the same individual. They are continually running scams on Youtube, and no one is doing anything about it. I reported my lost funds to several law enforcement agencies worldwide.
