Blackmail scam

Same email reported here: https://www.bitcoinabuse.com/reports/12KENNYx4Cyoc6ncA9QKGtw5XFrDx8ocA7 Used one of my emails stating they know my password and have all my FB contacts, digital activity from past 156 days, a porn video of me. They captured all my website and installed malware to trigger my camera on my computer system. Said to reply with 'proof' and they will email 3 of my random contacts the video content they have.
