Blackmail scam

Abuser: I don't know their name, they emailed me from my own address after hacking it.

I got an email threatening that my OS(Phone) got hacked and that the person has content about me that they're going to share with all my contacts if I don't pay them $950 US dollars in bitcoins. The email was sent from my own email address, so I know they hacked into my email, I changed my password, but they claim that will do no good as they have malware that will block it every time. I've read that this is a scam, but I'm still worried about it. I do not know the name of the abuser, only their bitcoin wallet address which I provided above. I hope this person can be found, I don't want any of my personal information to be compromised.
