Some months ago I hacked your OS and got full access to your account (email address removed) On day of hack your account (email address removed )has password: (password removed) So, you can change the password, yes.. Or already changed... But my malware intercepts it every time. How I made it: In the software of the router, through which you went online, was a vulnerability. I used it... If you interested you can read about it: CVE-2019-1663 - a vulnerability in the web-based management interface of the Cisco routers. I just hacked this router and placed my malicious code on it. When you went online, my trojan was installed on the OS of your device.

Sextortion email, using an existing company Email address. I contacted the legitimate owner of the address, who mentioned also getting these emails from his own address. The sexortion spam curiously claims, that the address was "automatically generated". It mentions an old but realistic password: It contains a rare word, I often used in passwords before using password managers, but the overall password doesn't appear in my password manager anymore. Subject was: "Important information about your account:<actual email address>" Content included: Some months ago I hacked your OS and got access to your account: <actual email address>

As a nice detail, googling for the bitcoin address brings up really scary descriptions of a supposed Trojan. It looks like some effort was made to spread information that makes the email look like a legitimate threat. Curiously, in those descriptions the bitcoin address is used as name of the virus.
