Typical Blackmail scam for a pathetic piece of scum claiming to have hacked your computer. This is not true, they have bought your details from a data breach years ago on some other site. They do not have your details, they do not have any "Video" of you watching porn (if they did they would have sent you a copy to prove it). Don't send them any payment - nothing will happen if you don't. However do report it to the Police. They have can monitor the account and track where the money has gone if the jerk tries to cash in, if people have been stupid enough to pay.
