The hacker claims to have put malware on my computer, has accessed my email address and a password he claims I used when logging in on a site. Either I pay $843 or he releases my screen shots of "fun on piquant sites (you know what I mean!)" This is happening over and over with various bitcoin accounts. It's only yesterday I started filling reports.

Making a lot of claims, most of which are impossible or highly unlikely. Judging from some of the information in the mail, he most likely got a hold of some old leak from at least 3 years ago. Don't give him any money, and change your password if you haven't already.
