I reported this Ransomware with a different IP address asking for $650 to keep all my secrets secret (same as the other ransomware's below). I traced the message header to the company Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, and I think the person sending it is Pham Tien Huy. Pls contact the company at hm-changed@vnnic.vn and vnpt.website@vnpt.vn and maybe that company will go after this person and cut their genitals off!
