Mail spoofer attempting to extort ~950 USD by claiming to have hacked my computer. In fact, they are just falsifying the email "from" field. I hope they get arrested, I am sure some people in prison will enjoy their company.

hacked webcam scam (not actually hacked, just spoofed email) demanding payment. "As you may have noticed, I sent this email from your email account" No, you spoofed my email address. "I infected you with a malware ... I have been observing your actions" No again. "I also have access to all your contacts." No, you don't. "Why your antivirus did not detect malware?" Because you don't have any. Also your grammar sucks. "To stop me, transfer $970 to my bitcoin address." Not going to happen. "I now know that you have read this email, so your countdown has begun." You can't count.
