I collected all your private data and I RECORDED YOU (through your webcam) SATISFYING YOURSELF! After that I removed my malware to not leave any traces.

I'm not 100% sure but this can be the blackmail scammer (or one of them). He's a software coder and he does some shady automatic stuff with his computers to prank a colleague once in a while. And he doesn't really care if the pranks are rude.

Like the others, he's asking for $1400 in bitcoin to this address. Threatening to expose my "video" to the world.. such a joke. They got an old password from the darknet where it was leaked, just to enforce they mean business. But again, it's an old password which I know was leaked because of some data breach.. waste of time.
