It does not have access to your computer, It does not have access to your e-mail account, It does not have videos of you. What It has done is spend money buying details that were hacked from some other system several years ago, and is trying to frighten you into giving it money by telling you a total pack of lies. All such e-mails are passed on to the Police Cyber Crime unit - don't bother to waste your hard earned money sending it to low life scum that can't get a real job.
