Same tired sextortion scam, with some script kiddy claiming to have taken over my system, with a stale password in the subject line as "evidence," and threatening to send compromising videos to all my contacts unless blackmail ($1500) is paid. The wrinkle here is that the bitcoin address is only encoded as a QR code, which makes cutting and pasting it into this database more of a nuisance. It's a wonder people fall for this scam--if this joker truly had that kind of system access, he wouldn't bother installing video software on the off chance I might do something embarrassing. He'd instead be running up charges on my credit cards before I noticed.
