Undelivered product, can't reach vendor

I have received 2 mails confirmations that my order has been received and the second that order has been complete. I have an order number. I tried to contact the vendor using the contact provided on the website but the email addresses cant be reached. Is there a way to receive my bitcoin amount back on my wallet? Many thanks in advance.
