Sent email claiming he had my password. Claimed he had placed a drive by exploit malware on my device. Claimed he had access to all my data and had observed me on the webcam on porn Sites. Asked for $800 in bitcoins.

Same format as others have reported. My webcam is covered. Email and password were leaked by websites that are already compromised, I confirmed it through haveibeenpwned.com , two websites were using the same email and password. Probably why some people are reporting old unused password is because it is from an old unused compromised account.
