Blackmail scam

I got an email from this person with an old password of mine as the subject. They're claiming to have video of me masturbating to porn websites and that they have my fb contact list (I have not been active on fb in several years) and my web activity from the past 197 days (no idea why this specific number of days) and that I have 24 hours to purchase 2000 USD in bitcoin and send it to them or they release this video to everyone I know.
