Told me he had sent 5.000€ in btc through Cex.io, got an email that requested me to pay £300 to activate my account so that the funds could be reflected in my account. Decided not to do it and make some research, and thank goodness. Read about similar scams, and also that Cex.io does NOT charge an activation fee.
