Online purchase fraud

Online vendor website mentions shipping times. After payment, vendor contacted me and claimed that the quantity of the product was too small and I needed to order more or wait an unmentioned amount of time to receive the order. Product is small, 15 grams in weight and cost $230.00, but shipping was somehow an issue. Gave the vendor multiple opportunities to explain themselves while offering some sort of good faith effort to which I have ever received a response.
