Blackmail scam

Received email claiming the sender had hacked my computer and had video of me from my webcam (which is and mad skillz seeing as I don't have a webcam). Claims he had "all my passwords" and provided the shower solid proof of literally one of my passwords (which also, just so happened to be, the very first password I ever used like 20+ years ago and haven't used in over a decade). Demands $800 in 3 days or he will publish the non-existence video he has is me and whatever info he had if mine (so I guess that one really old password??) on the darknet.
