Abuser: Ollie Noel
"Ollie" is using breach information to scare people into sending him bitcoins. Uses information such as XTube credentials with a claim that he hacked you, remoted into your system and made a sex tape of you fapping to something and will send it to all of your family members if you don't pay. I've never had a webcam on my computer so I know at least THAT much is total hogwash.
