This one uses a forged FROM address on the email to assert that an email account has been hacked. The scam is a version of the usual threat of releasing a video of the victim's porn habit. The email appears to be from an Outlook Express client at the address shown above. To be fair, the IP address may belong to a subverted host (bot) being used by a botnet to distribute this email.
