this users computer got hacked and they provided a phone number to call, claiming they had been with Microsoft. They told him he downloaded some sketchy stuff on his computer that gave access to his information to anyone. They then transferred him to his "bank" and they told him he would have take out 22,000 dollars so that no one could get it, once he did that, he would get it right back when he was in the clear. When he went to the bank to get his money, the scammer told him "not to mention" anything because they "didn't know who was involved". All phone numbers involved from scammers: 202-860-3348, 410-656-8476. The 410 number texted the user while we were on the phone stating "call me"
