Using Ukraine crisis to scam money

To think that people are scamming off the back of the crisis in Ukraine is loathsome. This person claims to be in Ukraine suffering and asks for money 1. to pay for transport to another country and 2. because the banking system in Ukraine is not working. Neither of these are correct. Unfortunately it looks like they have already scammed hundreds of dollars already. Do not be taken in. If you want to help, donate through one of the official charities: dec.org.uk for example
