i have no clue what happened. i must've been hacked from this person i havent made any transactions yet and i just signed up with electrum

at 01:16pm eastern time on june 6, 2020 i was hacked by this address for all my bitcoin (0.01640976 BTC) and it has a history of hacking! WTF PEOPLE how did he possibly get into my electrum wallet?? this is ridiculous i have never even made a transaction yet so it's just not right.
