It is mentioned that all contact information has been hacked and it will be published. There can be some favourable people who will fall for those criminals therefore this has to be monitored. I think recently there was some suicide just because of such scam when criminals pretended to be hackers or etc and targeted somebody. In any ways bitcoin should not be used for blackmailing and scaming
