Blackmail scam

This user claimed to be a "Sugar daddy" and he would send me $2,500 as my first allowa nce if I purchase $200 in bitcoin. I did so and did not receive my money. I made these payments very slowly and still he kept saying that the payment is pending. He then doubled the amount and stated that I have to pay him $300 in bitcoin to get my money. My account for purchasing bitcoin was closed temporarily due to a suspection of scam. This guy has scammed me out of $1240 Barbados dollars which is $626 us dollars. I would like my money refunded to me and this scammed to stop what he is doing.
