This wallet claimed to be a representative from CoinCloud issuing a refund from their network issue earlier in the week. Had me download the crypto.com app to receive the refund. Used the Zoho Cares app to help me walk through the process. But instead of a refund it bought bitcoin and send it to this wallet. Did not refund to my wallet
