user was scammed via Apple scam. Basically the same thing as the Microsoft. In order to unlock her computer she had to call the number. The person was named “Samward”. He gave her his Apple ID which is “180907”. He said she needed to take out all her money and deposit it into a Bitcoin wallet in order to secure it and they would call her tomorrow to get her funds into a new bank account with her bank she uses. They even instructed her to delete all the QR codes
