Blackmail scam

A threatening email received claiming that the sender had hacked into my account. They claimed that I had viewed sex sites and that they had attached malware to record from my webcam. I have viewed no such sites and do not have a webcam. The sender explained that if I did not pay a fee of $1900 to the attached BTCI address, that they would send the recorded video footage to all of my contacts as they claimed they had hacked my account.
