He claimed that if I was to pay bit coin he would send money to me. There are three transactions of $150. He will talk to you on a different app (KIK) and tell you that is hasn't gone through cause it needs more money and promises that you will get you money and that he is not a scammer. He is in Germany but says that he is from the US and is working from there for work for the last 6 yrs.
