Email, apparently from my email address and sent to an old password, demanding '550$' be transferred to the above bitcoin wallet. Haven't had one of these scams for a while. The password given is an old one (many years ago) for an account that was hacked (so I read online).
Crytocurrency is a great idea that seems to be the inevitable future of how we store financial value (money). However, plonkers such as those who send these emails are one reason why there must be some sort of oversight of crypto 'wallets'.
