This is my work email address. This is a hospital. It say a bunch of crap about hacking this computer, my devices, they have some compromising picture of me (nope) and they going to send it to everyone I know unless I send $900 to the bitcoin account number above.

Received a poorly spelled email purporting to be from my own email address and claimed ransomware was placed on the computer. Would cost $900 to get it back otherwise nonexistent "dirty pictures" would be "sent out to my contacts."
