Well known scammers. They have a public group which has a million subs but they are all bots (google "buy telegram subscribers"). They lure you in to get a VIP subscription, if you try a "small entry basic" pump you may get a small pay out if you say youre testing the system (this will never be more than the VIP fee).
When you try a big pump they take your money and block you.
