Abuser: Agent Ray

this is a black male who name is ray and was in the us airforce. He was the person that would be picking up my grant check at the airport and bring it to me to help me deposit into my bank account. I had to send him $350 in bitcoin and 150 in steam gift cards. I also sent another $100 in steam gift cards cause he did not the line fee the bitcoin atm charged said it was too much. Have not heard from him or seen him.
