Profits on returns: fake
He shutdown ClearSave website and opened new one called DCMarket.io
After you stop giving him Bitcoins he will also call back and claim to be FCA (UK) trying to help you recover your stolen bitcoins.
He is a thief and he just can't stop.
It's hard to believe this.... until you have given him Bitcoins and he disappears on you that's when you will believe me.
