I saw a YouTube video adverting the company ENVBTC Ltd and showing how to invest in 4 different crypto cloud mining plans. The YouTuber showed also proof of payment which was encouraging. The company had 4 different contracts. I invested 110USD in the 365days contract which was daily generating revenue of 1.43USD for 365 days. I invested 1000USD in the 5days contract which generated daily a revenue of 250USD for 5 days and I had withdrawn 1250USD (Investment + Profit). The same day I invested 2000USD in the 5days contract which was daily generating revenue of 500USD for 5 days and I was investing the daily payout every second day in a new 5days contract when my balance was 1000USD or more. I’ve also withdrawn 897USD, 897USD, 200USD, and 1118USD. I invested 12000USD in the 5days contracts, but the money was not added to my investment account. I contacted the company helpdesk the same day and they replied that my payment details were sent to their finance department. The money was still not showing on my account and I contacted the helpdesk again and they replied again that my payment details were sent to the finance department and I will be compensated. The money was still not added to my account. I continued to send support requests to their helpdesk every day and their last reply asking for payment details again, account details, and proof of Id. I’d sent all the required info again, but the money was still not showing on my account until the day the company disappeared. The company website is now closed and not even showing. The site has another name now: www.forexprofits.biz. I lost 12000USD and the money that still was on my account (3164USD). The total lost amount is 15164USD. All my payments to Envbtc were done in Bitcoins and transferred from my Binance bitcoin wallet to Envbtc bitcoin wallet. All my withdrawals from Envbtc were done in bitcoins from Envbtc bitcoin wallets to my Binance wallet.
