Abuser: George Wayne

Scam RHOC account. George Wayne says he has sent funds in the form of BTC and email received from rchain.coop@outlook.com says to send $200 worth of BTC to RHOC contract address. Which is fact. Funds are withdrawn but no deposit is made into your cex.io account. They promised $3000 but had to sent $200 before for activation.
